Brandon Howard

Brandon grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was led to the Lord after being invited to a youth retreat in Daytona, Florida by his home church of Northwood Temple Church at the age of 11. Ever since, Brandon has been involved heavily with his home church or in some way with the ministry. After graduating high school, Brandon went to a local Bible college to study divinity. During his time at Grace College of Divinity (now known as Manna University) he served in short terms missions to Hong Kong, China with Manna Church. After feeling led to do ministry in southern China, Brandon changed universities and studied at another local university for his bachelor’s degree in education with a concentration in Social Studies and an associate’s degree in Chinese culture/ language. He also has a master’s degree in applied linguistics and TEFL education from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom. Brandon serves now as a full-time teacher in Hong Kong at a Christian school as a Social Studies teacher. He is active in outreach within his school and his current church of Alliance International Church in the Mandarin Ministry.

Brandon is a proud husband and father of his three young boys. He believes that family is the primary ministry that a husband/father is called to engage in. He believes in the power of evangelism through discussions and open conversations with the primary assistance of the Holy Spirit. The people of China often do not have any concepts related to the Gospel and in some cases have a very positive view of religion in general. Brandon has been serving the people of China for more than a decade.
